A classic food with a special aroma and taste.

  • 1 chicken suitable
  • 2 large onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 400 ml tomatoes in broth
  • parsley
  • salt pepper
  • For dumplings:
  • 2 yolks
  • 4-5 lg. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • meat water

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken stew with onion and dumplings:

We clean the chicken of impurities and cut it into pieces. I also used the chicken breast that I cut into cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into cubes.

Put a few tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. When it softens a little, add the meat. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring from time to time, quench with a glass of white wine, put the lid on and simmer for 10 minutes, then fill with enough water to cover the meat and leave covered until the meat is almost ready.

Add the broth and parsley and leave the pot uncovered until the meat is ready. Season with salt and pepper and add the dumplings one by one made of 2 yolks mixed with flour, salt, pepper and meat water. Good appetite!
